The RN assesses patient needs, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, provides direct patient care, evaluates patient outcomes, and coordinates care throughout the patient's entire episode of treatment. As an RN on II West, you will care for a diverse adult patient population while developing essential clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, care planning, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical decision-making.
