Responsibilities include: Creating a safe and appealing property by completing routine preventative maintenance on laundry equipment, heating and air conditioning units, ice machines, fire extinguisher, fire and smoke alarms, lawn sprinkler, lawn equipment, exercise equipment and plumbing. While building an extensive portfolio of 50 hotels, we’ve partnered with the most respected hotel brands in the business including Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group, Choice Hotel International and Radisson Hotels.
