Review and understand with professional proficiency detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations and sections, electrical details, schedules (finish, plumbing fixture, decorative hardware), furniture floor plans, FF&E specifications, materials and finishes to determine compliance in quality, code (ie accessibility, flammability, etc.} and design. Under the direction of the Managing Principal, the Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for the initial design conception, technical development and execution of assigned project phases and assembly and maintenance of related documents.
