The attorney will assume primary responsibility for complicated family law litigation, including contested evidentiary hearings and trials, depositions, discovery, settlement negotiations, witness and expert preparation, and sophisticated family law issues. Performance is evaluated on more than hours, including quality of work, client relationships, judgment, efficiency, collections, courtroom performance, professionalism, teamwork, leadership, and results.
