This role serves as a key project leader, partnering closely with Investments, Construction, Asset Management, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external stakeholders to advance projects from concept through completion. Summary of Position: The Development Manager is responsible for leading and executing multifamily and mixed-use development projects throughout the full development lifecycle, including acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, entitlement, design, construction, and stabilization activities.
