This position is customer service-focused, responsible for greeting, seating, and thanking guests to ensure a positive dining experience. <ul><li>Greet and seat guests warmly, assist with guest flow, and manage the waitlist.</li><li>Engage with guests, respond to requests, and promote upselling.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness through side work and restaurant upkeep, including restrooms and dining areas.</li><li>Operate basic equipment like phones, electronic devices, and cleaning tools.</li><li>Occasionally deliver food and drinks or serve in specific settings.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and handle physical tasks such as lifting and mobility required throughout shifts.</li></ul>Minimum qualifications include a friendly demeanor, age 16+, good communication skills, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team. Physical demands involve standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The role involves fast-paced conditions with some outdoor exposure and minimal travel.
