This role also establishes governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency, provides leadership for post-go-live support and continuous improvement, and fosters collaboration across IT, supply chain, PMO, inventory teams and DC operations teams to deliver a smooth transition and maximize system performance. Leads, develops and recruits central team resources based on phase needs to include, DC Operational leader, OpEx, Technonolgy, Inventory Control, Systems, PMO, Inventory planning, Trainers, Hypercare leaders and project support team members.
