In this role, you’ll help keep front desk operations running smoothly, support and provide oversight to front desk staff, and ensure members and guests receive a welcoming, positive experience. Work in a heavy customer-facing role, such as member check-ins, guest sign-ins, and transactions, as well as assisting with membership sales and renewals, as needed.
