This is a full-time salaried leadership position responsible for the daily operation of the Housekeeping department, including guestroom cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, productivity, inspections, training, inventory, and team performance. This position requires a leader who is present in the operation, develops the team, maintains accountability, communicates across departments, and takes ownership of the cleanliness and readiness of the hotel.
