Buy out and manage subcontracts and purchase orders for framing, drywall, MEP, exterior envelope, finishes and site work, including bid leveling and clear scopes of work. Build and maintain the master schedule with the Superintendent, working back from the opening date and tracking long-lead items such as elevators, HVAC units, electrical gear, windows and storefront.
