Public Space & Venue Care: Maintain and repair finishes, lighting, wall coverings, flooring, and fixtures throughout public areas, lobby, meeting spaces, and outdoor recreation areas (including the Fins Rooftop Pool & Bar area). Guest Room Maintenance: Perform daily work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) in guest rooms and suites, including troubleshooting TV/Wi-Fi/HVAC units, fixing plumbing fixtures, changing light bulbs, and repairing furniture or hardware.
