The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house within a financial institution and will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Risk, Executive Leadership, Investor Relations, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders across the Bank. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, research, and stakeholder-management skills, with the executive presence to work effectively with senior leaders, Board members, outside counsel, regulators, and cross-functional partners.
