Care for a complex patient population including post open-heart surgical patients (CABG, valve procedures, dissections, AAA, vascular and carotid procedures), STEMI, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy, severe heart failure, TAVR, ventilated patients, and overflow ICU patients. Manage and titrate multiple vasoactive and sedation drips including dopamine, dobutamine, levophed, epinephrine, vasopressin, cleviprex, propofol, fentanyl, versed, insulin, heparin, and esmolol, among others.
