This role will lead, manage, and coach a team of staff responsible for driving key priorities and strategies across key areas of both organizations, managing strategic initiatives, leading central business processes, managing and monitoring key metrics, and stewarding function resources. Responsibilities: Business Execution Strategy and Operating Model: Oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and governance of budgets, financials, operations, and compliance with firm-wide policies and procedures, leveraging business execution tools (systems, processes, workflows, procedures) and anticipated changes.
