Responsible for daily cleaning of leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, fitness center, interior mail rooms, hallways, breezeways, common areas, and cleaning of vacant rental units as scheduled by Service Director or Community Director. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
