Working closely with the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Manager, this leader will direct assigned shifts, inspect guest rooms and public areas, coordinate room readiness, coach team members, and resolve guest or operational concerns. Administer the employee uniform program, including uniform issuance and returns, assignment tracking, organization, inventory counts, sizing records, condition monitoring, replacement requests, storage, and coordination of cleaning or repair as required.
