Working closely with the Director of Housekeeping, this role leads across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces—inspecting rooms, coaching team members in real time, supporting daily assignments, addressing cleanliness concerns, and stepping in wherever the operation needs leadership. Candidates must have hotel or resort housekeeping leadership experience and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
