POSITION SUMMARY: Manages the installation, repair, upkeep and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and preventive maintenance for all buildings and grounds, facilities, equipment and fire suppression systems for the Distribution Center. Experience managing building systems: Lighting controls, energy management systems, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, air compressors, and fire systems.
