Working closely with the People Generalist HRBP team and Centers of Excellence, you will help shape workforce strategy, talent planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability while ensuring people priorities are aligned to business objectives. Reporting to the VP, HRBP for Corporate Functions & Business ATP, this role is ideal for a proactive, business-minded leader who brings insight before being asked, identifies opportunities before challenges emerge, and helps shape the future of the organization through people strategy, executive coaching, and thoughtful leadership.
