Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Professional certifications (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) are a bonus • 10+ years of progressive responsibility in HR roles including demonstrated competence in HR processes, benefits administration, employee relations, HR data analysis, HR compliance, HR tools, and employee communication • Experience supporting a company or business unit with at least 500 employees • Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple states and jurisdictions; experience in the UK and Singapore is a plus • Superior knowledge of US employment law including state-specific laws in WA, CA, and NY • Experience with international employment law in the UK and Singapore is a plus • Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills and identify and drive appropriate solutions • Demonstrated success in problem-solving and ownership to resolve issues • Ability to operate independently, using sound judgment to make decisions • Process-oriented, organized, and metrics-driven with amazing attention to detail • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present material to groups in-person and via the phone • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily • Previous experience with Workday is a plus • Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
