As a People Operations Associate, you will be hands-on in helping execute across many functional areas of HR such as culture & engagement, onboarding, employee experience, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance, and office management. Working knowledge of People Operations functional areas including hiring, terminations, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits (Rippling experience a strong plus).
