Plan, design, and implement an integrated talent deployment system for the corporate and functional groups, including strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, development planning, performance management, process appraisal, performance plans, compensation planning, succession planning, integrated career and job system, Intern and Leadership Development Program strategies. Through a strong relationship with other HR teams and centers of excellence, you will be key in leading the work in the areas of strategic workforce planning, organization design, talent management and attraction, employee relations, leader development, team member engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
