Evaluating and processing personnel action requests such as promotions, reassignments, and separations utilizing various human resources information technology systems (Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF), automated on-boarding systems (WTTS/EODS), personnel action processing systems (DOI, FPPS, NFC), electronic SF-52 systems, personnel reporting systems (staffing plans, FTE reports, recruitment tracking systems) and payroll systems WebTA/QuickTime). Provide, in collaboration with agency officials and management officials, qualification and pay determinations, staffing levels, outplacement programs (as needed), and agency incentives determinations/availability such as recruitment retention, compensation, relocation, or as needed provide expertise in agency Voluntary Early Retirement Authority (VERA) and Voluntary Separation Incentive Payment (VSIP) Program needs.
