This role owns the enterprise data and analytics vision with Databricks as Valmont's core lakehouse platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders and peer IT leaders across Infrastructure & Operations, Software Engineering, Applications, and IT Business Partners to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable analytics solutions while enabling self-service, data literacy, and insight-driven decision making across the enterprise. Reporting to the CIO, this role defines and executes the company's data and analytics strategy, governance, platforms, operating model, and business enablement approach to ensure analytics capabilities drive measurable business outcomes.
