Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a regional HR organization supporting multi-state field operationsServe as a trusted advisor to senior operational leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and performanceOwn labor relations strategy, including union negotiations, contract administration, and ongoing labor partnershipProvide oversight of employee relations, compliance, investigations, and risk mitigationPartner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent, high-quality HR practicesSupport talent planning, leadership development, and succession initiativesEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies while balancing business prioritiesPromote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. QualificationsBachelor’s degree required8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including regional or multi-site responsibilityDemonstrated experience supporting large, distributed, hourly workforcesHands-on labor relations experience, including Union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and grievance managementBackground in operationally intensive industries such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environmentsStrong working knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR risk managementComfortable operating in fast-paced, customer-facing settingsData-driven leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersMBA and/or SHRM certification preferred.
