Lead and oversee all distribution center operations, including Warehouse, Transportation, and Facility Operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of receiving, stocking, order selection, packing, delivery, inventory management, equipment maintenance, security, and facility operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and operational documentation, and effectively present information to various audiences, including employees, customers, and senior leaders.
