Purpose: The Project Manager role will act as the vital bridge connecting cross-functional teams across Seal Dynamics, including Operations, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Product Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to lead strategic projects and ensure program execution, contract compliance, and on-time delivery to commercial and defense aerospace customers using Continuous Improvement Methodologies. Partner with Operations, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Product Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to define requirements and deliverables to meet and/or exceed business KPIs.
