When visiting field or industrial locations, the employee may be required to walk or stand for extended periods and navigate stairs, uneven walking surfaces, and other conditions commonly encountered at industrial facilities and project sites, as applicable to the visit. This role is responsible for overseeing, administering, and coordinating key functions of the Company’s Personnel Department , including the processing and assignment of field employees, workforce and crew scheduling, maintenance of personnel and HR records, and coordination of employee recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training.
