Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacityPrior experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practicesExperience partnering with leaders at multiple levels of the organizationStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
