| Additional Job Details: | 2 openings -.SUMMARY: The HR Representative is responsible for all daily human resource functions including all recruiting needs, file compliance, onboarding, benefits, background screenings, policy compliance, and daily interactions with staff and managers, and providing administrative tasks of HR processes for the agency. - Design, develop, and deliver training to field leaders and managers on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, progressive discipline, and respectful workplace practices.
- Strong customer service skills with a high comfort level and ability using software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS software.
- Performs data entry, generates data reports and maintains time-keeping system (Kronos) including employee-set up, primary labor account, schedule, PTO accruals, deactivation, troubleshoot and approval issues.
ul>HR Delivery & Execution: Perform hands-on work and/or ensure accurate and timely HR delivery across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, including employee relations support, compliance reviews, policy and process documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS administration, while producing high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
