Partner across Pratt & Whitney engineering and program organizations—including Component Integrated Product Teams, Product Safety, Certification & Validation, Aftermarket & Sustainment Engineering, Fleet Management Programs, Chief Engineers, Performance Analysis, and airframe manufacturers—to resolve technical issues, monitor fleet health, implement engineering changes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Work directly with global airline customers, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities, and Pratt & Whitney Field Service Representatives (FSR), providing guidance on hot section and controls systems, operational troubleshooting, engine manual interpretation, service bulletin implementation, and urgent Aircraft-On-Ground events to ensure safe and reliable engine operation.
