Basic Qualifications:TS/SCI clearance with a current full scope polygraph6+ years of experience in the Intelligence CommunityBA or BS degree (or additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree)Experience in full-cycle HUMINT operations and reportingKnowledge of various collection methods used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic and operational objectivesAbility to collaborate across various elements within the organization and across the Intelligence CommunityKnowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysisKnowledge of counter threats, counterintelligence, counter proliferation, or regional affairsPossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent IC software tools CADRE is proud of its emphasis on equality of opportunity for all applicants.
