ECM is a whole-person, interdisciplinary approach to comprehensive care management that addresses the clinical and non-clinical needs of high-cost, high-need managed care members through systematic coordination of services that is community-based, interdisciplinary, high-touch, and person-centered. Describe your experience completing risk assessments (danger to self/suicidal, danger to others/homicidal, grave disability), de-escalating children, adolescents, adults, & families/significant people in the lives of those experiencing a crisis, providing crisis intervention services, coordinating care with resources in the crisis system of care.
