Primary Responsibilities Provides individual, group, and family therapy to clients as appropriate to the position; prepares treatment plans, and case management including discharge planning; provides therapeutic crisis stabilization services as required. Provide a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention, group facilitation, and/or case management services in an integrated, multi-disciplinary primary care setting, located in Central MA.
