As part of the HR Solutions Team, the HR Coordinator is the first line of contact in the Human Resources Department and provides support in a variety of areas including employee relations, reporting, payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruiting, and organizational communication. Each member of the HR Solutions Team will gain expertise in one or more specified areas of Human Resources, such as payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and indirectly support recruiting functions as needed.
