Reporting to the Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, this role will focus on corporate law, with an emphasis on supporting corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business development initiatives, financing and capital markets activity, and supporting the related client groups across the organization. What You'll Do: Where appropriate, you will work independently and as part of a team to fulfill the specific responsibilities which may include the following: Partner with internal client groups (corporate development, business development, finance, treasury, investor relations, tax, human resources, external affairs, etc.) to deliver timely and effective legal support.
