The Director of Quality Resident Services will be responsible for completing QRS reviews for each of the communities, visit challenged or at-risk communities as required, participate in due diligence, company acquisitions and/or development projects, analysis, associate education, reporting trends with-in the communities, and other tasks as assigned. Demonstrates computer literacy and familiarity with a variety of office software, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software to include Yardi, Ulti, Kronos, Relias, BI tools.
