Director of Family Services and EngagementSalary: $82,500-$102,500 annuallySchedule: Full-time, exempt; occasional evening or weekend work may be requestedReports To: Senior Vice President, Child & Family Services DivisionSummary/ObjectiveThe Director of Family Services & Engagement leads strategic planning and division-wide systems that ensure coordinated, high-quality, comprehensive, family-centered, and data-driven services across the Child & Family Services Division. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, public agencies, health and behavioral health providers, schools, social service organizations, and other partners to strengthen the continuum of services available to children and families and expand opportunities for community engagement.
