Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods; enter and exit vehicles frequently; navigate residential and community locations; occasionally lift or carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds; and regularly use a laptop, tablet, smartphone, and other mobile technology necessary to perform essential job functions. Field Social Services Case Workers will conduct scheduled visits, gather and verify information, assess and document observations, identify potential health, safety, or welfare concerns, and complete detailed case documentation in accordance with established program requirements.
