The Area Service Manager reports to the Area Operations Manager and works closely with the Area Operations Support Manager and Dispatch to coordinate technician scheduling, workload priorities, emergency response, PM coverage, and customer commitments. Work with the Area Operations Support Manager and Dispatch to coordinate technician workload, scheduling priorities, response times, after-hours coverage, parts, vendors, subcontractors, and specialty equipment.
