The physical therapist evaluates and test clients with mechanical, anatomical, physiological impairments, developmental impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a prognosis and plan of therapeutic intervention. Provides timely documentation per department and/or entity policy and as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, reimbursement requirements, and physician treatment plan.
