What We’re Looking For Required: • 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience• EPA Universal Certification• Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period)• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record• Ability to pass a drug screening• High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: • Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities• Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems• OSHA 10 certification or higher• OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.).
