p>Responsibilities: • Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repair requests • Monitor and troubleshoot building automation systems • Complete work orders and maintenance records using a computerized system • Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed • Perform basic building repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting) • Support internal service requests from site operations teams • Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines • Assist with training and mentoring team members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Universal CFC certification required 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
