This position is also expected to work across trade disciplines to and including but not limited to the following; rodding of sewer lines, pulling of electrical wiring, conduit bending, re-lamping light fixtures, air compressor maintenance, lock repair, pneumatic tube system maintenance, ice machine repair, nurse call system repairs, perform preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and fire alarm systems. Performs scheduled AHU preventative maintenance, air filter replacements, coil cleaning, damper cleaning and oiling, replacement of fan motor v-belts, pulleys, sheaves adjustments, hot and cold desk control, oiling and lubing of motor drive & bearings.
