This position performs advanced preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, installation, testing, and operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related building control systems in Government-owned facilities. Inspect, maintain, and repair air handling units, rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, motors, exhaust systems, and related HVAC equipment.
