Educate customers on proper use of equipment, maintenance schedule, and operating manualConduct Technician Training: Communicate your knowledge of VRV systems to other technicians and customers as neededDirect other technicians through hands-on demonstrations of all necessary steps to troubleshoot and repair equipmentEnsure timely and cost-effective start-up of maintenance contracts, and efficient and timely installation of jobs, providing maintenance according to contract requirements, and ensuring customer concerns/complaints are resolved in a timely mannerPerform ongoing review of contracts/projects, implementing corrective actions to ensure costs are consistent with financial plans.
