Duties: The Building Technician V (Carpenter) performs general carpentry such as changing locks on doorknobs, hanging doors, repairing sheetrock, painting and other miscellaneous repairs as required. Build, repair, and install office furniture, counters, cabinets, shelves, tables, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building framework, and trims.
