Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Requires High School graduation or GED equivalent and four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in performing building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, alarm systems and minor construction maintenance and repairs; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
