The Controls Technician (I - IV) performs installation, programming, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and service of building automation systems (BAS), direct digital controls (DDC), energy management systems, and integrated HVAC controls. Conduct owner reviews, manage close-out (documents, satisfaction letters), evaluate job costs/projections, produce professional documentation, lead weekly production meetings, and provide weekly status updates to leadership.
