Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support the procurement and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) for a public safety training institution. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the selected LMS integrates effectively with existing systems, supports operational workflows, and meets compliance and reporting requirements. The BA will work closely with the project manager and stakeholders across training, operations, IT, and administration to analyze current processes, define future-state workflows, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
